TPP is built for practice tax: solo CPAs, EAs, and small firms doing individual and small-business returns. If your firm is corporate-tax-only or larger than ~20 staff, we're probably not the right fit and we'll tell you on the call.
What if I already have tools like a portal or e-sign?
We use what you already have where possible. The install is about integration and workflow, not forcing you onto our stack. If you have a working portal, we configure it. If not, we recommend one.
What happens at Day 30 if I want to keep working with you?
Ongoing support is $497/month, month-to-month, cancel anytime. It covers a monthly tune-up call, continued text access, and all platform improvements as we ship them. Most TPP firms keep ongoing support for the first 6–12 months and then drop to ad-hoc as needed.
