Best for: solo CPAs, EAs, and small-firm owners running as a one-pro practice.

An “active member” is a tax pro with their own workspace login who handles their own client load. Admins, paraprofessionals, and back-office staff with limited access do NOT count.
Best for: 2-pro firms installing together (partner firms, husband-wife firms, senior + lead-EA practices), and larger firms scaling members onto a shared workspace.

If, 60 days after install completion, your firm doesn’t have:
- A working intake-to-engagement flow that signs clients in under 48 hours, AND
- A working document collection system that automates reminders, AND
- A working review/close-out flow that doesn’t trap returns in inbox purgatory,
…we refund the setup fee. Full stop. No prorated math, no “well actually.”
This isn’t a gimmick. It’s how we keep our judgment honest about who we take on.
What’s not included
To be clear about what we’re selling.
- Tax preparation services. You still prepare the returns. We install the system you prepare them in.
- Software licenses. We configure tools you’ll own (your own SuiteDash, your own e-sign, your own portal). If new tooling is required, we discuss it on the call.
- Ongoing per-return work. The system runs your prep cycle; we don’t run it for you.
